Prep Needed

Your first one-to-one is mainly about welcoming you to the team. It's not a heavy affair, so no prep is needed. It can be helpful to think about:

↪ Thoughts or reflections that have come up during your pre-boarding ↪ Projects, areas of the role you're particularly excited about ↪ Anything necessary for your manager to know that might not have come up already ↪ The working pattern that will help you be at your best. It's good to share this sooner rather than later before the work begins in earnest.

When?

Book a session with your manager or direct team member when you find it convenient 📅
