In case it's been a while since you completed your pre-boarding tasks, here's a kind reminder of what this space is for and what you can actively do to get the most from the experience.

We've got you We know that joining a new team can feel overwhelming and will probably have your brain buzzing. This is why we've created this immersive 3-day onboarding journey for you.

Please try your best to complete the different steps in this journey. This ensures you know the basics about our culture, strategy and ways of working before getting stuck into your day-to-day role.

Casual Coffee-Chat

In addition to the onboarding resources on here, you can send out a calendar invite to your onboarding POC (Prachi Patel, Katia Gass, or Mariana Aguiar) for any queries or questions that you may have and discuss this over a casual coffee-chat ☕️

A few words on what awaits For the next three days, we'll be taking you on an interactive journey where you will meet key people from our team.

During this time, you can expect to:

↪ Get a high-level introduction to our mission, virtues, how and why we work remotely (DAY 1) ↪ Gain a deep understanding of our unique culture, and what we do to stay social (DAY 2) ↪ Become familiar with the pillars of our team, graduate, and transition to your team (DAY 3)

As you know we're a fully remote team, so we'd like to mention that the ordering of the sessions in the schedule here is just a best guess/guideline. Your personal AulaU experience will depend on where you, your team and your manager are located. The order may shift slightly, but the content will be the same!
