Welcome to your very first day as a member of the Aula team. If you're like most other humans, you're probably curious to learn what today will bring, so read on to find out what's in store for you 🤓

Today is all about

↪ Understanding our mission and virtues, and starting to think about how you might embody them ↪ Understanding how we do DICE (Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Equity) ****↪ Creating your Me-manual to let us know how you prefer to work and collaborate ↪ Introducing yourself to the team on Slack!

Actively engage You'll notice that some pages have reflection questions or missions that ask you to take action in different ways. This will help you to better understand Aula and the team, and make your first few days more fun and social 🙏

We've also added time indicators for each step in the journey. This is not necessarily an indicator of how long it will take to complete it - but an estimate of how long we think you'd benefit from spending on it, so see how you go. There's no one-size-fits-all.

Take notes along the way We also encourage you to log any thoughts, reflections or questions that arise along the way. These will come in handy when you talk to your POC or grab coffee with your teammates 📝
