Welcome to Day 3. We hope you had a great day yesterday. As you'll see below, today is dedicated to understanding our product and company strategy, how we collaborate and what success looks like.

This will be your final day travelling this space. So, after a few final AulaU modules and a wee celebration, we'll hand you over to your team. We're very much looking forward to seeing how you'll grow in your role and what you'll help us accomplish 🙌

Today is all about

↪ Understanding our product principles and how we apply them in our day-to-day work ↪ Learning about our history, relationship with Coventry, and where we sit in the organisation ↪ Meeting yet another random teammate for a casual coffee chat ☕️ ↪ Setting yourself up for ongoing success and how to be a consistent operator ↪ Nailing your tech and systems set-up once and for all ↪ Celebrate how far you've made it

Same rules apply You'll notice that some pages have reflection questions or missions that will require you to take action in different ways. This will help you to better understand Aula and the team, and make your first few days more fun and social 👨🏾‍💻👩‍💻.
